Amplification of Environmental Appraisal Coordination at General Hospital Lahore and its Implications to Evaluate Management Review

Quality standards have been a significant achievement for organizations worldwide. Environmental standardsshould be established in hospitals by coding ISO14001. Hospital water pollution can cause health issues nearby urbanareas and settlements. The study was aimed to estimate, characterize, use, response quality parameters onamplification of environmental coordination at General Lahore (GHL), their implications evaluation inmanagement reviewing. For these purposes, the drinking samples were collected from different locations thestudy area. All analyzed namely, pH, TDS, turbidity, andchloride, compared with national (NEQS). results management processeswere also ISO 14001:2015, which indicated weakness general administration framework andEnvironmental Management System (EMS). show that pH 8.6, TDS 1100 mg/l, turbidity 5.5 NTU, andchloride 260 mg/l exceeding maximum permissible limits. present recommended GHL watershould treated before its use/ disposal. In end, an EMS (a policy protocol) manual developed continualimprovement use. Drinking assessment offer assistance oversee waterquality environment centers. under guidelines environmentmanagement system this will greatly help manage environment, particularly waterpollution local Pakistan.
